- 150,000+ population in its Downtown, Urban, Suburban or Rural trade area
- Middle incomes
SIZE:
- Prefer single level: 25,000 to 30,000 GSF
- Ideal frontage 125′
FLOORING:
- Porcelain tile racetrack with LVT at merchandising pads
CEILING:
- Prefer spray painted open deck with bottom of light fixtures at 13′-0″ AFF
- ACT ceiling with lay-in light fixtures at 13′-0″ AFF
EXTERIOR:
- Prototypical Facade, Red Sign Slab, Branding Block, Exterior Canopy and Vestibule
